Tremella and Red Date Soup

Soak the white fungus and red dates in cold water for 15 minutes.

Then put the white fungus and the red dates in a boiling pot with little water and cook for 5 minutes on high heat, then cook for 10 minutes on low heat, and add sugar to the end. If you want to eat jelly, wait for half an hour to finish it.

Pour it on a small bowl and wait for it to cool, then put it in and freeze for half an hour.
Tips:
You can use warm water to soak the white fungus quickly.
