Today, Ding Dang mother teaches everyone to make a chiffon cake made with white fungus. After refrigerating, the taste is better, fresh and delicate ^_^

Tremella Chiffon Cake

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Add the white fungus to milk and make a paste.

3. Then add corn oil.

4. Stir to emulsify.

5. Sift low powder.

6. Stir well.

7. Add egg yolks.

8. Stir to a delicate state.

9. Add white sugar to the egg white three times to beat.

10. Take one third of the egg white and mix it with the batter.

11. Then pour into the remaining egg whites.

12. Stir everything and mix well.

13. Pour into the 8-inch cake mold.

14. Fire up and down at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
