Tremella, Horseshoe and Pineapple Syrup

Tearing small flowers after white fungus foaming

Peel the horseshoe, wash and cut into pieces

Pineapple diced

Put the white fungus and horseshoe into the pot, add some water and rock sugar to a boil, then turn to a low heat

Cook until the white fungus is soft and add the pineapple
6.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook for about 15 minutes (if you like the pineapple to be soft, you can extend the cooking time)
7.
Finished platter
