Tremella Lily and Sydney Soup

Ingredients: Tremella, Lily, Sydney, Red Date, Rock Sugar

Remove the roots of the white fungus into small pieces and soak them in cold water.

The red dates are pitted and divided into small pieces.

Put the white fungus into the boiling pot and put enough water in it.

Add rock sugar.

Tips:
1. The white fungus must be simmered for enough time until the white fungus is gelatinized.
2. Don't leave the lily too early, so as not to cook too badly and lose its taste.
3. Red dates will directly affect the color of the soup. If you like white fungus soup, don't put red dates.
