Tremella Loquat Rock Sugar Water

Soak the dried white fungus in cold water overnight

Clean it the next day, tear it into small flowers, put it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water, and keep the pressure for 12 minutes.

Wait until the pressure cooker can open the lid and pour it in

Put the lid on and choose to keep the pressure for 12 minutes. When the steam is over, open the lid. It’s really good. It looks very thick at first glance.

Tips:
The white fungus is heated first. I want to cook the white fungus more so that the gelatin can be cooked more fully.
