Tremella Lotus Lily

Wash lotus seeds and barley, soak 2-3 hours in advance before cooking

Soak the white fungus with cold water

Wash and break the lily and pluck the white fungus into small flowers

Bring to a boil on high heat, add rock sugar and wolfberry, turn to low heat and cook for 30-40 minutes, barley is boiled and ready
Tips:
If there are lotus cores in the lotus seeds, you can cook the lotus cores together, remove the fire, and pick out the lotus cores when you eat them. Soak the barley and lotus seeds in advance to shorten the cooking time.
