Tremella, Lotus Seed and Lily Soup

Soak the lotus seeds in water.

The white fungus is plucked into small flowers and soaked with water.

Add water to boil the white fungus and lotus seeds first, then turn to low heat and boil for an hour after the water is boiled.
4.
Add the washed lily, rock sugar, and brown sugar and cook for another ten minutes.
