Tremella, Lotus Seed, Fig and Brown Rice Porridge

Wash the lotus seeds and brown rice to soak in advance, and remove the soaked lotus seeds.

Wash the white fungus and soak it in advance, and tear it into small flowers after soaking. Dry dates, wolfberries and grapes for later use.

Add 4 liters of purified water to the pot, add brown rice, lotus seeds and red dates to boil.

After boiling, wash the basmati rice and oatmeal, put in the vegetable oil, cover the low heat and cook for 35 minutes.

Wash the figs and set aside.

Cook for 35 minutes and add the white fungus. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Put the figs in the pot and stir well, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add goji berries and raisins and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

This is cooked porridge.

Tips:
Don't cook the figs, just simmer them softly.
