Tremella Oat Milk Soup

The oatmeal uses naked oats, not the instant oatmeal that has been processed. Wash the oatmeal once and soak it for more than half an hour. Remove the yellow pedicles of the water-haired white fungus and tear them into small flowers. Wash the lily and break into small pieces for later use.

Tips:
When cooking oatmeal, add more water as it takes longer to cook. The amount of water can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
After adding the milk, there is no need to boil it, which can reduce the loss of nutrients in the milk.
