Tremella Papaya and Lotus Seed Soup

The white fungus foams well, and the papaya is peeled, seeded and cut into pieces. Wash the lotus seeds and medlar for later use (the lotus seeds do not need to be soaked in advance, but the soaked lotus seeds are not easy to be glutinous).

Add water to the small casserole, add the white fungus and lotus seeds, and cook on low heat.

After the water is boiled, it will boil very high for a while, and it will easily overflow. When it boils, cover and simmer for half an hour.

After half an hour, add papaya and wolfberry and simmer for 20 minutes.

Finally add rock sugar to turn off the heat. When the soup is warmed, the rock sugar has melted and can be eaten in a bowl.
