Tremella Papaya Milk
1.
Soak the white fungus overnight, wash and remove the handles, and use a blender to add water to make a puree.
2.
The papaya should be short and round.
3.
Scoop out the papaya meat with a spoon.
4.
Use a rice cooker to cook the white fungus for 10 minutes. Because the white fungus has been mashed, it is easy to boil the gelatinous material and does not need to be cooked for so long.
5.
When time is up, add papaya and rock sugar, and cook for another 20 minutes.
6.
Then add milk, simmer for 5 minutes, and it's fine.
7.
Sweet and nutritious white fungus and papaya milk is ready! The sweetness of papaya, the soft waxy of white fungus, and the scent of milk, warm this winter!
