Tips:
As long as the dried white fungus is fully soaked, the taste of the cooked white fungus soup is basically the same as fresh. Peach gum is very absorbent, so don't soak it too much at a time. If you can't finish it, soaking 7 or 8 capsules at a time can be enough for two or three people.
If it is eaten for breakfast, it is recommended to cook a little thicker, if it is eaten as a dessert or snack, you can add a little more water. The consistency is according to your preference.
