Tremella Pear Soup
1.
Soak the white fungus one night in advance, wash, break into small pieces, wash again, prepare a pear, wash the surface with salt
2.
Put the washed white fungus into the pot, remove a whole pear and put it in with the skin, then change the knife into small pieces, remove the core, and put a little rock sugar and goji berry
3.
Add enough water and simmer in a soup pot on low heat for about an hour
4.
After the stew, the pear skin can be removed or left for consumption, depending on your preference. The unyummy white fungus and pear soup is ready.
Tips:
Tremella must be torn into small pieces and stewed softer.
Don't put too much rock candy, too much sweetness will affect the pear's sunny taste.
