Tremella, Red Date, Wolfberry Soup

Soak the white fungus in cold water for 12 hours.

Soaked white fungus, dig out the dark roots at the bottom, wash away impurities, and tear them into small flowers, the smaller the better

Put the white fungus into the rice cooker, add 3 bowls and a half of water, press the stew button, and start to simmer the white fungus for two hours (the white fungus is relatively draught, and the water is not enough in the middle, so you must add boiling water)

Prepare red dates, rock sugar, wolfberry

Simmer for an hour and a half, add the washed red dates and continue to simmer

Stew until the last 7 minutes, put the washed wolfberry into the pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and simmer for 2 minutes, the rice cooker will automatically jump to the heat preservation button and simmer for 10 minutes.
