Tremella Red Dates Oatmeal

1. Ingredients: 5 grams of dried white fungus, 5 red dates, 15 grams of rice, 10 grams of oatmeal, 3 grams of dried lily

2. Soak the dried white fungus and dried lily for a while.

3. Steam the red dates on the pot for 5 minutes and peel them for the convenience of the next step.

4. It is easy to peel the steamed red dates, and then go to the date cores. For babies over 2 years old, they don’t have to go if they can eat jujube peels.

5. White fungus and red dates are chopped finely.

6. Bring the water to the boil, enlarge the rice and oatmeal, and stir for a few times. Starting from this step, all the ingredients can be put in a bb stew pot or pressure cooker/rice cooker, which is more trouble-free.

7. Add the white fungus, red dates and lilies, and simmer for half an hour.
