Soak the snow fungus in water first

Remove the pedicle after soaking soft. It's easier to disperse when cooked like this, and there are more dirty things hidden inside the pedicle. So it's best to get rid of it!

This step is my secret recipe! How can it be cooked soft and smooth in just a short time? Just steam for 15 minutes first. Steam the gelatin of the snow fungus out. (If you have friends who like to eat something refreshing, don’t steam it)

Put the steamed snow fungus, pitted red dates and wolfberry into the pot and cook

When it is almost cooked, add rock sugar according to your own taste (it is recommended not to be too sweet. Just enough will be very sweet.
