Trial of Jiesai Smart Cooking Pot---dried Bamboo Shoots and Stewed Pork

Prepare green onion, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon.

Cut the washed pork belly into pieces.

Cut the soaked dried bamboo shoots into pieces.

Blanch the pork belly and the dried bamboo shoots together.

Connect the Jiesai smart cooking pot to the power and turn on the switch. Set the 【Fry】 function, fill the pot with oil, fry the scallions, ginger, star anise and cinnamon.

Add the blanched pork belly and dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine and rock sugar.

Tips:
Dried bamboo shoots have a high water absorption capacity, so add more water in an appropriate amount
