Tricolor Quinoa Porridge

Put the three-color quinoa and rice together in a ratio of 1:3 and wash them

Put the washed rice into a larger container and soak for more than 2 hours

I directly use the timer function of the rice cooker, put you in the pot at night, press the porridge/soup button, so there is no need for extra soaking time for the rice

You can eat the warm porridge in the morning. I also paired green onion pancakes and cold celery for a hearty and refreshing breakfast
