Tripe with Double Pepper Oyster Sauce

Ingredients: shred cooked tripe, shred green pepper, shred red pepper, shredded shiitake mushrooms.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil with the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add green and red pepper shreds and stir fry.

Add cooked tripe shreds, stir fry with cooking wine on high heat (do not add water, make sure to fry quickly on high heat to fragrant).

Add shiitake mushrooms, fuel consumption and a little light soy sauce and continue to stir fry.

Add salt and chicken bouillon and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
◎Shuangjiao oil-consuming tripe can't add water to this dish, it must be fried quickly.
◎The tripe is difficult to boil. My tripe is cooked with water, green onion and ginger cooking wine in advance, so it is already cooked when it is fried, and it can be fried soon.
◎The tripe was cleaned and slightly cooked when I bought it, but if we make it at home, it can be cleaned with alkaline water and vinegar to reduce the smell of the organs.
