Tips:
1. The sago needs to be cooked twice, each time about 10 minutes. You need to add more water to boil the sago, because the sago will continue to expand and grow during the cooking process. During the first cooking of the sago, it needs to be stirred constantly to prevent the sago from sticking. After the sago is cooked for the first time, the sago needs to be taken out and soaked in cold water for about 5 minutes. Then cook the sago again. After the second time, it needs to be simmered for 5-10 minutes and then soaked in cold water for 5 minutes. The sago cooked in this way is crystal clear and full of grains, especially beautiful, and the taste is very chewy
2. Coconut milk is generally sugary, and the taste will be sweeter, so I don’t put extra sugar here, it tastes just right. Friends who like sweeter taste can also put some honey or fine sugar according to personal taste
3. The amount I have here is for 2 servings. If you want to make one serving, you can halve the amount of all ingredients.
