Trotters Jelly

1. Preparation materials: 2 catties of trotters, 1 garlic, 1 orange zest, 5 slices of ginger.

2. The trotters are over water.

3. Add thinly sliced orange zest, ginger slices, garlic (peel the skin, no need to cut) and fill with water.

4. Put it in an electric saucepan, press the quick stew button, and cook for 4 hours. (You can also use a pressure cooker or a soup pot to boil, just simmer it)

5. After cooking, remove the bones of the trotters, save the soup, and filter out the soup residue.

6. Chop the pork knuckle skin and meat.

7. Then put the chopped pig's feet and soup back into the soup pot and boil for 5 minutes. Put in an appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir well.

8. Pack it in a fresh-keeping box and let cool.

9. Cover with plastic wrap after cooling.

10. Put it back in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours (I put it for one day)

11. The delicious trotters are frozen, so you can take them out of the refrigerator if you want to eat them. They are delicious. (Get some garlic sauce and eat it)
