Prepare ingredients: wheat germ, rice;

Wash the rice and break it with a cooking machine; PS: You can cook it directly without a cooking machine

Add wheat germ and white sugar, mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. PS: Simmer for 10 minutes after power off, easy-to-cook wheat germ.

Tips:
1. If you don't have a cooking machine, you don't need to break the rice, the taste is slightly bad;
2. The wheat germ I use is easy to ripen, so there is no need to add it;
3. After the power is turned off, cover the lid and simmer, and the wheat germ and rice are fully absorbed by each other.
