Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, blanch the blood and set aside.

Tips:
1. If the noodles are too cold, the water is more chewy. I like this. If you don't like it, you can skip it.
2. There must be more ribs soup, because you want to make the soup for this bowl of noodles.
