Add warm water to the basin, add a bag of milk, add yeast powder and mix well.

Yeast water is added to the flour and knead into a harder dough, and the kitchen cloth is covered with a layer of film paper. Cover with a quilt and let it ferment in a warm place.

When the dough rises to double its size, knead the dough for a while and divide it into equal pieces.

Knead each small piece well.

Place the pointed shape on the bottom to form a raw steamed bun.

After the second fermentation, it is steamed in the pot, then steamed for another 20 minutes after the pot is turned off, and then simmered for 2 minutes after turning off the heat.
Tips:
The raw embryos of steamed buns must undergo secondary fermentation before being steamed in a pot. The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the steamed buns.
