Mix the coarse-grained salt and pepper.

Pour a small half of salt into the baking pan and spread evenly.

Cut oil paper into 15cm squares.

Wash the chicken wings and wrap them in greased paper.

Place the wrapped chicken wings evenly on a baking tray covered with coarse-grained salt.

Cover the chicken wings with the remaining coarse-grained salt.

Put it in the oven without preheating, 200°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for about 30 minutes. After the chicken wings are baked, put them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
