One fresh orange, wash.

Pour the mixed cake batter into the Madeleine mold 90% full. (Preheat the oven to 190 degrees in advance)

Put it into the middle of the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 190°C on the upper heat and 170°C on the lower heat.

Tips:
1: The temperature of the oven is set according to your own oven.
2: If the oven does not have the function of independent temperature control for upper and lower fire, you can open 180 degrees for baking and observe the coloring at any time.
3: White sugar can be adjusted appropriately. I think the amount of sugar is just right. It can also be reduced to 45 grams. Take it to your own taste!
