Clean the trotters and put them in a pot of boiling water to blanch bleeding water and impurities

Put green onion, ginger, dried chili, and a bag of braised pork in the pressure cooker

Put in the blanched pig's trotters, and pour 100 grams of cooking wine

60 grams light soy sauce

Pressure cooker for 45 minutes

Make hot and sour sauce seasoning: red hot pepper, green hot pepper, chopped garlic, chili, garlic, put in a bowl, pour some light soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil and mix thoroughly to make hot and sour sauce

Tips:
1. Thaw the pig's feet, soak the bleeding water into the boiling water pot, blanch the bleeding water impurities, clean the pig hair and then cook
2. I don’t need a drop of water and a spoon of salt during the whole process of making pig’s feet in the electric pressure cooker. I only use light soy sauce and cooking wine.
