Half a local chicken chopped into small pieces

Put the green onion and ginger in the pot

Because it is an old hen, I used an electric pressure cooker to press for 30 minutes. Add appropriate amount of water, green onion, ginger, and cooking wine to the pot. This is the pressed chicken soup
