Tuckahoe Pork Ribs Soup

Blanch the ribs and rinse.

The yam is peeled and cut with a hob.

Add spare ribs, yam, sliced ginger, and smilax in the water stew pot, and add three bowls of water.

Put it in the stewing pot and simmer for two and a half hours, and season with salt after it is out of the pot.

Tips:
1. Don't put too much amount of Tuckahoe when cooking the soup
2. The ribs should be blanched to remove impurities, so that the cooked soup will look good
