Tuna and potato mashed pizza, don’t worry if someone won’t eat it.”

Tuna Mashed Pizza

1. All ingredients except butter are mixed and kneaded into a light dough

2. Add butter to the dough and continue to knead until it expands,

3. Put the noodles in a pot, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour

4. Steamed sweet potatoes are ground into puree for later use

5. Cut bell peppers into round strips

6. Olive olives cut into slices

7. The tuna is taken out of the can and broken into small pieces

8. The dough is fermented to twice as large and ready to use

9. Divide the dough into three parts

10. Press the exhaust with your hand, or use a rolling pin to exhaust the air

11. Cover the rolled dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes

12. Take a piece and roll it out with a rolling pin

13. Put the mashed sweet potato along the side of the surface, not close to the side, leave a certain distance, so that it can be rolled up later

14. Arrange the edges of the dough and put it into the baking pan (I used an 8-inch pie pan), and fork out rows of holes to prevent the dough from rolling up during baking.

15. Brush the bottom of the cake with pizza sauce

16. Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on the pizza sauce

17. Tuna yards sprinkle green and red pepper rings and olives on the shredded cheese

18. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on the above ingredients and bake in the oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes

19. After the cheese has melted, take it out and add a layer of fish and other ingredients

20. Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese

21. Bake up and down at 200 degrees again for 8 to 10 minutes to get out of the pot

Tips:

1. The dough does not need to be as demanding as the requirements for kneading bread, it is slightly gluten, and it does not need to be a large film.
2. This time I made two additions of raw materials, because the sides of the cake covered with mashed potatoes are somewhat thick, the raw materials can also be added twice
3. Roll the pizza as thin as possible to enjoy more filling
4. Minimize the fillings with vegetables that are easy to make soup. If a lot of soup is baked, it will affect the taste of pizza.
