Pasta is made of durum wheat, which is a very healthy staple food. Canned tuna in spring water has very low fat content. I like an Italian practice. Finally, you can sprinkle some basil or cheese powder, which has a richer taste.

Tuna Pasta

1. Dice pleurotus eryngii and chili, peel the garlic and pat

2. Add a little salt to the hot water, add the pasta, cover and cook until 9 is ripe, pick up and set aside

3. Add oil in a hot pan, sauté garlic and chili, add tuna and saute until fragrant

4. Add eryngii mushrooms

5. Add the pasta and stir-fry

6. Season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper before cooking

Tips:

1. Black pepper can be omitted
2. Add seasoning as you like
3. For more flavor, add a small amount of noodle soup and simmer for a while
