Tuna Pasta

Dice pleurotus eryngii and chili, peel the garlic and pat

Add a little salt to the hot water, add the pasta, cover and cook until 9 is ripe, pick up and set aside

Add oil in a hot pan, sauté garlic and chili, add tuna and saute until fragrant

Add eryngii mushrooms

Add the pasta and stir-fry

Season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper before cooking
Tips:
1. Black pepper can be omitted
2. Add seasoning as you like
3. For more flavor, add a small amount of noodle soup and simmer for a while
