Tuna Pizza
1.
You don't need to knead it by hand in a bread machine, you don't need to knead it out smoothly. Mix flour, water, salt, sugar, oil, yeast and knead smoothly.
2.
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size.
3.
Grate the canned tuna. Onion, bacon, peas (corn kernels can also be used), green and red pepper cut into rings.
4.
Heat the pan and sauté the onions, peas, and bacon.
5.
Spread a thin layer of oil on the pizza pan, not for non-stickiness. The bottom of the pizza pan is dry and crispy after the oil is applied. Take half of the dough and roll it out, making the middle part as thin as possible. Spread it on a pizza pan. (9 inch pizza tray)
6.
Preheat the oven up and down to 180 degrees, put the pizza base in and bake for 5 minutes, and bake it until it is 8 minutes old. Bake it in advance to set the bottom to not collapse.
7.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom of the baked pizza and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Lay the tuna and the fried variety crosswise, and put green and red pepper on the surface.
8.
Finally, spread the shredded cheese and spread more silky finishes for better results.
9.
Put it in the middle of the oven, heat up and down at 190 degrees, 10-13 minutes, and the cheese will melt.
