Tuna Pork Floss Rice Ball

Prepare the materials. Add corn kernels, carrot kernels and cucumber kernels to the salad dressing and mix well.

Wear disposable gloves for easy operation. Grab a handful of rice, squeeze it into a ball, press it flat in your palm, press it thinly on the four sides, and put in a spoonful of pork floss.

Tips:
1. Cook the rice slightly moist and don't make it too dry, otherwise it won't be clumped together.
2. The stickiness of rice will be better when mixed with some glutinous rice.
