Tuna Triangle Rice Ball
1.
The rice is slightly drier than usual. Pour in commercially available sushi vinegar and stir the rice slightly moist.
2.
Add sugar while adding vinegar, and adjust while tasting! Sweet and sour, slightly moist rice is the best.
3.
Mix the canned tuna and mayonnaise to make the filling.
4.
Spread out some vinegar rice in your hands and add stuffing. Pinch the feeling of squeezing out the air in the rice. Use the tiger's mouth to continuously adjust the shape. (You can also buy the triangular rice ball mold directly, but it tastes delicious without hand-squeezing~)
5.
Paste seaweed and wrap in plastic wrap. It will not get your hands dirty when it is convenient to hold.
Tips:
If you prepare the rice one night in advance, the rice should be moist (it will absorb moisture, and it will dry until it tastes bad the next day!); if you eat it within an hour, don't put too much vinegar, just slightly moist~
