Tuna with Basil

When boiling water to blanch basil, you can optionally add a little salt and oil to make the color of basil more green. After the water boils, put all the basil in the pot and blanch it for about 2 minutes.

Drain the basil and put it in a bowl, remove the tuna from the can, add light soy sauce and rice vinegar, and stir gently.
