If... you have some time and energy now, if... you want to have some snacks now, if... you have these ingredients at home (not afraid! Please see the tips~)
Then start doing it~"

Turn Around, Turn Around~——flossed Pork Salad Roll

1. The steps are the same as making chiffon cakes. First, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks (the bowl for the egg whites must be free of water and oil!), add fine sugar to the egg yolks and beat them evenly with a whisk;

2. The egg yolk is beaten until it looks like the picture, the color becomes lighter, the volume is enlarged, and the liquid is thick;

3. Add the oil three times, each time you have to wait until the oil and egg liquid are completely stirred and fused before adding the next time; the egg yolk after adding the oil is evenly stirred and the liquid is thick, which is the legendary emulsification of the egg yolk and oil~

4. Add water and stir gently (some cones want to say that it is okay to change to milk~ but the amount of milk should be slightly larger~ try it with strawberry milk next time!);

5. Sift in low powder;

6. Use the up and down method to gently stir evenly. This is the egg yolk paste~ (Some bobbins will be stirred with a rubber knife at this step. I don't think the effect of using egg cream will lose, and you don't have to be afraid of over-mixing. Will get muscles! Okay... I admit that part of it is I am lazy...) The egg yolk paste is sitting aside;

7. Next, beat the egg whites. When the egg whites are beaten to the fish-eye bubble, add 1/3 sugar (there is only one egg-cooked cone at home, pay attention! Here I use my egg custard No. 2~ so you have to use the used egg custard Wash and dry and beat the egg whites!);

8. Continue to beat and beat, and add the remaining sugar in portions until the egg whites are wet and foamy, that is, when the egg whites are lifted, a triangular tip with a small hook will be pulled out! (I don’t have an electric egg beater at this step. I still use my physical strength to whip the egg. It beats my right hand and it’s getting cramped~ So the tubes... If you want to save energy and time, just spend so many dozens and buy one~ cry...) ;

9. Put 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk paste; still mix it evenly by turning up and down (as shown in the picture, I finally dispatched my rubber knife, I am afraid of defoaming birds, so I am afraid of washing it when I wash it) ;

10. Pour the mixed custard back into the remaining egg whites;

11. Still scoop up from the low to mix, mix well, this is the chiffon cake batter~ If there is no baking pan, just pour the batter into the cake mold and it will be a chiffon cake~

12. Pour the cake batter into a baking pan lined with tin foil, smooth the surface, and shake the batter a few times to let the bubbles in the batter come out. Put the baking tray in the preheated oven, 180°, bake for 15-20 minutes. Bake until the surface of the cake slice is golden;

13. It's ready to be baked~ Prepare a new piece of tin foil, buckle it upside down immediately after it is out of the oven, and tear off the tin foil while it is hot (it is better to tear it while it is hot, but it is difficult when it is cold!)

14. Then, turn over the cake slices, that is, turn the side that is stuck on the baking tray up, and evenly spread the salad dressing on the top. Pay attention to spreading less or not at the end, sprinkle a layer of pork floss, and put the cake slices. Cut it gently from one end with a knife, don't break it, and then gently fold it, slowly press it down and roll it up. After the roll is finished, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap or tin foil like candy, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then it can be sliced and eaten~

ps: Because you really can’t take a picture when you roll a cake, the final step has become 咻—the completed picture will appear in one click... Please forgive me~ thank you~

Tips:

Let’s talk about the ingredients~

If you don't have pork floss or salad dressing, it's okay~ That's it:

Take one or two pieces of fruit, chopped up, and put jam on the cake slices! Dangdangdang is "XX Fruit Cake Roll"

Or, prepare two slices of luncheon meat and cut into strips, then add some cucumbers, carrots, corn kernels, seaweed, and add them together to create "cake sushi"~

You can also cut the cake slices into "cake sandwiches"!

Inside~Do I change the title to "Various King Kong Cake Pieces"!>.<
