Turnip and Tasseled Buns

Choose fresh radish seedlings to remove the roots and clean them

Boil the radish seedlings in a pot with water for 30 seconds, remove the cold water, and soak in water for one hour

Soaked radish sprouts squeeze the water and chop

Tofu slices, hot pot with vegetables and fry until golden on both sides, and let cool for later use

Add vegetable oil in a hot pot to fragrant the diced meat, add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and sauté until fragrant, add cooking wine and turn off the heat and let cool

The chopped radish noodles are put into the wok for the stir-fried diced pork. Add the green onions, ginger, diced tofu, salt, and chicken essence and stir well.

Knead the fermented noodles on the chopping board several times, cut them into evenly-sized ingredients, roll them into buns, and start wrapping them! Put in enough stuffing

The bun is made. Add enough water to the steamer and put the wrapped buns in the steamer. Proof for 20 minutes to start steaming, then turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes to get out of the pot.
