Turnip Bone Soup

Buy fresh bobbin bones and soak them in water several times to wash off the blood.

Bone in a pot under cold water, add ginger garlic and cooking wine to boil
3.
After the water is boiled, use a spoon to skim the foam, add the pepper and tomatoes. Simmer for 3 hours
4.
Peel the white radish, wash and cut the hob block
5.
Add radishes and simmer for 1 hour.
