Turnip Bone Soup Congee

Peel the white radish.

Then cut the white radish into hob pieces.

Wash the big bone stick to remove the blood on the surface, then cool the pot under the water and blanch it until the color turns white.
PS: You must use cold water for blanching big bone sticks, because if the water is too hot, the surface of the meat will quickly tighten, and the blood inside will not be blanched.

After blanching the big bone sticks, remove them, and then create a new pot, put the big bones in the pot, and add appropriate amount of boiling water.

PS: The white radish is cooked quickly, and the meat is not easy to boil. Therefore, the white radish is put into the pot later.

While the big bone stick is being stewed, the porridge can be cooked. Mix 25g of rice and 10g of millet, and then wash it well.

PS: When I cook porridge, I am very entangled in how much water to add, so I will determine the amount of ingredients used for each porridge. This time I used 25g rice, 10g millet, and 400ml water.
