Turnip Twice Cooked Pork

Boil water in a pot, add ginger and spring onion, pork belly skin down, boil for two to three minutes, about seven to eight mature. Look at the thickness of pork belly. The chopsticks can be inserted. Take out cold water and slice.

Peel the radish and cut into small pieces. Don't be too thick, of course, it will take longer to fry if it is thick. Cut other onions and peppers into small pieces. The garlic is whole.
