Twenty-two Vegetable Assorted of The New Year's Dishes-stir-fried Double Mushrooms with Chili Edamame

Ingredients are prepared.

Wash the ingredients, cut all four shiitake mushrooms, cut peppers, and slice coprinus comatus.

Heat oil in a pan, add chili and salt, stir-fry quickly and remove, set aside.

Tips:
1. The wet starch thickener should not be too thick.
