Twice-cooked Beef

Marinated beef slices.

Pepper, carrot, ginger slices.

Pour the oil in a dry pan and heat it up, put the beef and ginger slices in the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes and then set aside. Leave the bottom oil in the pan and then add the carrots and stir-fry until half cooked. Add chili and beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add a few drops of vinegar, light soy sauce and a pinch of salt and stir well.
Tips:
If the taste is more important, you can add some Laoganma tempeh sauce to enhance the flavor.
