I added ginger leaves and the glutinous pepper which is unique to my hometown.

1⃣️First, stir-fry the fat and lean meat in the pan and add the lean meat. 2⃣️Fry the meat and put the remaining oil on the plate to stir-fry the pepper and fry it until fragrant. Then add the two kinds of ginger and garlic. 3⃣️Because the peppers are all salted, try it before adding salt
