Twice Cooked Pork

Three-threaded meat is cooked until half cooked, then sliced and set aside

Mince ginger and garlic and set aside

Cut green peppers, onions, and ginger slices for later use. Pour a little oil into the wok, add the cut tertiary meat after heating, and when the tertiary meat has shrunk due to the oil, use a spatula to drive them to the side.
