Twice-cooked Pork (microwave Version)

Wash the pork belly with the skin and cut the garlic seedlings into inch sections for later use

Put pork belly in a deep bowl, pour boiling water, add sliced ginger, spring onion, and peppercorns

Put it in the microwave and heat on high heat for 2 minutes

Turn the meat over and heat it on high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds

Remove the meat and let it warm and cut into 1 min (0.3cm) thick meat slices

Put the salad oil in the bowl, chop the Pixian watercress and mix it with the salad oil evenly, put it in the microwave and heat for 1 minute on medium heat

Add the sliced meat into the sweet noodle sauce and mix well, then add the Pixian Douban and red soy sauce, mix well, cover and leave the holes in the microwave oven, microwave power P100 high heat for 3 minutes

Take out and add the garlic sprouts, put it in the microwave oven, and heat it for 30 seconds at a high power of P100 in the microwave, and cover and leave holes when heating.

Tips:
1. If there is no red soy sauce, you can use soy sauce with a little sugar instead.
2. Use a special cover when heating in a microwave oven. If there is no special cover, you can cover it with plastic wrap and poke a few vents.
This recipe uses Midea’s smart microwave, model M3-L235B, capacity 23L, and power 800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave.
