Twisted Sesame Toast

Put the middle ingredients in the bread machine, 120 grams of high flour, 20 grams of sugar, 4 grams of yeast, and 100 grams of milk.

The fermentation is 2.5 times larger and looks a bit like a honeycomb.

Rotate the bread machine to let the middle kind of material exhaust gas, and then add the main material (except butter) after stopping.

Mix the dough ingredients evenly and add butter.

Turn on the bread machine, let the dough vent gas, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Take the dough and roll it into generous slices, sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Tips:
The baking process of our bread machine is 1 hour, but it actually only takes 40 minutes; preheat for 10 minutes, bake for 40 minutes, turn off 10 minutes in advance to avoid excessive coloring.
