Two-color Bread

Add half of the wet ingredients to the kneading machine and add all the pigments. Then add half of the dry ingredients. Strawberry powder is added. Kneading for 5 minutes. Add half of the butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes. The remaining ingredients are manually kneaded for 15 minutes.

After the New Year, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 45 minutes. The oven will have fermentation at 60 degrees.

After proofing, continue to spread the dough with the original color dough wrap the pink dough into the toast box to ferment nearly 2 times the size and put it into the oven

The oven cuts beautifully at 170 degrees for 16 minutes
Tips:
When making other bread, brushing some water on the surface of the bread can prevent the surface from being too dry during baking
