Two-color Egg Rolls

Four eggs.

chopped green onion.
3.
Cut the sausage into small cubes.

The egg is opened to separate the white and egg yolk, and the chopped green onion is put into the egg yolk liquid.

Add the diced sausage to the egg white liquid.

Add a little oil to the pan, pour the egg yolk liquid into the frying pan.
7.
Fry the egg whites in the same way.

The two omelets are stacked and rolled up, cut and placed on a plate and ready to eat, or you can add tomato sauce.
Tips:
I was not very successful in making this. The egg yolk part was not fried well, so the inside of the bag is inside. If it is fried well, the outside may look better.
