Two-color Flowering Steamed Buns
1.
Dry yeast, baking powder and sugar are added to white flour and corn flour respectively (to promote fermentation). Mix the noodles with warm water around 30 degrees. The noodles are harder than dumpling noodles and softer than rolled noodles. After reconciliation, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it for about half an hour. It is ready to be sent until the volume is twice the original dough.
2.
If fermentation is too slow, you can also put the dough container into a bowl of warm water at about 30 degrees. Increase the temperature to facilitate rapid fermentation.
3.
Divide the dough into six doses and knead it evenly.
4.
Roll the white flour agent into a sheet and wrap the corn dough.
5.
Wrap the corn dough in the white dough like a bun.
6.
After wrapping, put it on the chopping board and send it for ten minutes.
7.
Cross the dough with a knife. The depth should not be too deep, about one-third of the height of the dough.
8.
It's like this.
9.
Bring to a boil on a cold water drawer, and steam for 20 minutes after airing.
Tips:
With vegetable juice and other foods, two-color, three-color or even more colors can be achieved. The color is not the main thing, the important thing is the combination of coarse and fine grains and a healthy diet.
