Two-color Fruit and Vegetable Popsicles

Wash the ingredients, cut cucumber into sections, peel and cut carrots and pears

Juice cucumber and half of pear, carrot and half of pear separately

Pour the squeezed juice into a small pot to heat

Add about 2.5 grams of glutinous rice flour and 2.5 milliliters of honey respectively, boil and remove from the heat to cool

After cooling, pour them into molds and close the lids.

Put it in the freezer and freeze for more than 5 hours. Rinse with water before eating to demould
Tips:
Many people don't like the taste of carrots, including me, so I added some pears to improve it. There is no sugar in this recipe. The pears are very sweet and honey is added. The sweetness is basically enough. You can add more honey to the sweet taste you like.
